Ingredient : Dried tamarind slices (22%), dried chili, kaffir lime leaves, dried lime, coriander seeds, galangal, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Heat oil and add the cleaned prawn heads. Stir and cook until the prawn stock is released, then add 1.5 litres of water. Bring to a boil and remove the prawn heads after 5 minutes. Add one sachet of Sup Punjut Tomyam Dwi Makmur and stir well. Add onion and tomato. Add the cleaned prawns. Simmer for 7 minutes. Add salt to taste and lime juice. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
