SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Kit (LFIA) for Saliva (Type I) is intended for rapid, qualitative detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2) antigen (Ag) extracted from the saliva specimen in vitro with an immunochromatographic assay.

In this study, based on the real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) assay as contrastive method, clinical application study of SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Kit (LFIA) for Saliva was performed to verify the safety and effectiveness.

The test cassette contains (1) colloidal gold-labelled anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody, (2) one detection line (T line) and one quality control line (C) fixed on a nitrocellulose membrane. T is fixed with another anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody for detecting the novel coronavirus. The quality control antibody is fixed on the C line.
