It also contains plenty of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), omega-3 fatty acids linked to a lower risk of heart disease, macular degeneration and Alzheimer’s disease.
Oceanlicious uses pre-selected antibiotic-free salmon trout from Norway - air flown and smoked within 48 hours of harvest from the pristine clear waters of the fjords. Smoked over beech wood, with no artificial preservatives, additives, artificial colouring or flavours used, the fish is then left to mature for 48 hours to achieve perfection in taste and quality.
In view of its freshness, Oceanlicious Smoked Salmon is highly versatile as it can be served with salads, dips, bagels, tacos, wraps, omelettes , scrambled eggs, as pizza toppings or with your favourite pasta as well.
