The brand originated from Australia. The founders started as baristas and had a few coffee joints around Melbourne. As their reputation started growing, they decided to focus on drinking chocolate as well but only to realize that the products offered were mediocre. They then decided to develop their own drinking chocolate and build the brand, the Original Cocoa Traders. The Koko Deluxe is their most popular drinking chocolate blend, with a mix of original dark cocoa and Australian cane sugar. It is delicious, and extremely chocolatey. Another great thing about this product is that it is vegan friendly!
Sourced from West Africa, the deep red colour of Koko Deluxe is indicative of top grade bean varieties in this world renowned cocoa growing region. The quality is confirmed with complexity and body, leaving a superfine, true chocolate finish. This African Red cocoa is processed in France, then blended with pure Australian cane sugar in Melbourne.

Espresso Instructions

In your jug, add 250ml of fresh, cold milk and 2 tablespoons of Mofo Deluxe.

Steam together with the milk to 68deg C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up.

Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
