Recipe :

Cookie Mix 500g & Butter 250g

How to Prepare :

1. Blend Cookie Mix and butter at low speed for 1 minute.

2. Scrap bowl, continue at medium speed for 3 minutes.

3. Roll dough into a thickness of approx. 5 mm.

4. Cut dough with cookie cutter.

5. Egg wash and sprinkle with sesame on top.

6. Bake at 175°C for 12 - 15 mins.
