补肝汤是一种传统药材汤具有暖肝补虚的功效，主要用来治疗肝经虚寒，胁满筋急，不得太息，寒热腹满，不欲饮食，悒悒不乐，肢冷腹痛，目视琉琉，或左胁偏痛，筋痿脚弱。

药材：玉竹，红枣，枸杞，淮山，北芪，党参，虫草花，元肉，猴头菇

食用方法（4-5人份）：将配料洗净放入煲内，加入6-7碗清水用猛火煮沸，加肉类炖2个小时即可。

Liver tonic soup is a traditional herbal soup that good for tonifies and regulates blood of human body. This herbal soup also suitable for whole family drink together as a dining soup.

Ingredients: Yu Zhu, Hong Zao, Gou Qi, Huai Shan, Bei Qi, Dang Cen, Chong Cao Hua, Longan, Hou Tou Gu

Method (Serving for 4-5 persons): Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot. Add in 6-7 bowls of water, bring the water to a boil. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
