Malaysians know the distinctively unique taste of Mee Goreng Mamak. Not surprisingly, it’s one of the most popular Indian-style fried yellow noodle dishes commonly found in Mamak eateries or hawker stalls in Malaysia. We love its spicy and savoury yet slightly sweet and nutty taste. As it’s sometimes known in Penang, Mamak Mee Goreng usually has a hint of tomato ketchup, which adds to its unique flavour.
