“XO” prawn sauces are known to be spicy and salty. It is suitable to be used as a marinade or even stir-fry for various meats such as chicken, meat, fish and even fried rice. A suggested dish using this product is to make cili udang kering. First, you would have to stir fry your scallop slightly and remove it from the pan. Next, stir-fry petai and red chili until fragrant. Add in the scallop and XO sauce and finally continue to stir-fry until the water fries up. It is perfect to be served with hot rice and noodles as well. The product is best kept at room temperature.
