Agar-agar Powder, is a vegan gelling agent derived from seaweed. Preparation Method:Ratio : 10g of agar-agar powder to 1Litre of water .1) Premix the agar-agar powder with sugar (if any). Add the premix to the water and mix with a whisk.2) Bring the solution to boil and allow it to simmer.3) Pour the mixture into a mould or container and leave it at room temperature to gel .
